Terms and Conditions
Here are our terms and conditions covering all aspects of your pet's stay. When you bring your pet, you'll be asked to complete our care form with contact details and details of your pet, so we know who to get in touch with and any special requirements your pet might have. You will also be asked to sign a copy of our terms and conditions below.
Payment
Payment in cash on the day of arrival or collection.
Collection and Delivery
If you want us to collect
and/or deliver your pet, please discuss it with us first. Payments will be due
on the day of our collecting your pet(s) from you, and any vets' fees will be
due on the day of delivery. We're very flexible and keen to give a good service,
and so offer this service free within 5 miles and will only charge the cost of
fuel (25cents per mile) beyond that. But please note that this service is not
always available because of our commitments.
Refusals
All animals will be checked upon arrival for signs of illness, injury, parasites or pregnancy. We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal which we believe is not in good health or is showing signs of pregnancy, as this is not the proper place for them.
Vaccinations
Please bring with your rabbit a valid vaccination certificate against Myxomatosis and VHD. These are horrible diseases and we don't want them passing on to our other boarders.
Illness
In the event your pet or pets show signs of illness, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately to discuss the situation. We accept no liability in the unlikely event your pet becomes ill or dies during their stay as all pets are vaccinated and the environment is safe and is kept clean, All pets are left entirely at the owner's risk.
If your pet requires veterinary attention, we will transport your pet free of charge to your vet (if your vet is within 5 miles) or to our local vet. We will follow the advice of the vet regarding the treatment of your pet(s) and any vet's fees will be charged to you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address. Payment for vet's fees is due when you collect your pet. You will be able to set in advance a maximum amount that you are prepared to spend on vet fees.
Small animals can sometimes pass away suddenly, so in the highly unlikely event your pet passes away during their stay, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately and will do our utmost to follow your wishes.
Pregnancy
We take no responsibility for any pet's pregnancy as we keep all animals apart unless otherwise stated by you.
Non-Collection
In the event you do not collect your pet or contact us within 7 days of the arranged date of collection, we reserve the right to seek to re-home your pet.
In the event you cannot collect your pet on the arranged date and you contact us telling us why and arrange a new date, you will be charged for each extra night's stay at the rates set out on our Prices page, although we may agree to waive this in exceptional circumstances.
